Grown, harvested, and distilled on our farm, this small-batch rum reflects the coastal climate of Southern Vancouver Island. Using estate-grown sorghum cane, we produce a spirit that is clean, vibrant, and distinctly Canadian. This agricole rum from Canada offers a brighter, more natural flavour profile than traditional molasses-based rums.
