Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Best Coast Coffee Whisky
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz amaretto (Sons of Vancouver style)
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes bitters
- Ice
- Dried orange wheel (garnish)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a shaker without ice
- Dry shake (10–15 seconds) to create foam
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with a dried orange wheel
