Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Best Coast Coffee Whisky
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz amaretto (Sons of Vancouver style)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Ice
  • Dried orange wheel (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a shaker without ice
  2. Dry shake (10–15 seconds) to create foam
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
  5. Garnish with a dried orange wheel
