Best Coast 'Macciato Martini'

Macchiato Martini – A sweet and fresh take on the Espresso Martini, featuring WildFire Whiskey! Created at the Chateau Victorias epic Vista18 Restaurant by bartender Jack Sherman  

The creator of WildFire Whisky, our distiller ,Mike Hastings, was very impressed by this cocktail as we had our Best Coast Christmas dinner at Vista18 this year.  We tried all the cocktails made with our products and all raved about the Macciato Martini! This was an existential moment for Mike as he saw his creation, born in the barn on the family farm, reach new heights overlooking the Victoria Inner Harbour, now available on a cocktail menu!

Ingredients

  • 1oz Best Coast Wildfire
  • 0.75oz Butter Ripple Schnapps
  • 0.5oz Kaluha •2-3 dashes of
  • Chocolate Bitters
  • 1oz cream (we use oat milk)

Steps

  • Mix all ingredients into tins and shake vigorously on ice.
  • Double strain into martini glass.
  • Mark foam with 4 more dashes of Chocolate Bitters.
