Best Coast 'Shaft'
The ‘Shaft‘ is legendary on Vancouver Island as it originates from a local bar in the 90’s. Developed by bar staff, knowing they get one free drink a night they created a drink that was smooth to drink, gave a “pick me up” and had a kick. The Shaft was born!
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of Best Coast Cold Brew Coffee Whisky
- 3/4 oz Baileys (Or your cream of choice, heavy, half and half, coconut…)
- 2 oz cold brew coffee
Steps
Shake and strain over ice… It’s just that easy!
A Victoria Classic Cocktail! This is perfect!
We substitute the cream for Coconut cream and its really good! This is a great party starter!
Who does'nt love a Shaft! We always order these when on the island... now we can make them at home much faster
