Curated with pride from grains grown on the Saanich Peninsula, our whisky blends local tradition and global infusion. We’ve partnered with our friends at Level Ground Coffee Roasters to source the finest Andean and Columbian beans, custom-roasted for an unforgettable blend of richness and depth.
Infused slightly with Madagascar Vanilla, our whisky achieves the perfect harmony of whisky and robust coffee flavours. A hint of cane sugar elevates every sip whether in a cocktail or straight up on ice.
Canada’s First Agricole Rum
Hand-harvested and estate-grown, our Agricole Rum is crafted from fresh Sorghum juice—Planted, Juiced, Fermented, and Distilled at our Vancouver Island Craft Distillery. Thanks to the island’s Mediterranean-like climate, we grow Sorghum just minutes from the Pacific Ocean. Aged in French Oak and our innovative take on the French Caribbean tradition, it’s a true Canadian first!
Sip into something a little more colourful! Tropic Vibe, the second release of our Vibe Tea series, is a bold tropical tea cocktail that is bright and bursting with fruit and floral flavours.
This triple-distilled vodka base is steeped with rosehips, hibiscus, orange, pineapple, mango, papaya, and coconut.
